General Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "You") and heybeji ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform"). By accessing the heybeji website at heybeji.net, creating an account, or placing any wager or bet on the platform, you unconditionally accept these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the heybeji platform.

heybeji reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players via the registered email address associated with their account and will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document. Continued use of the platform after any such amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are written in English and are governed accordingly. In the event of any conflict between an English version of these Terms and any translation provided for convenience, the English version shall prevail. All disputes arising from the use of the heybeji platform shall be resolved in accordance with the dispute resolution procedures outlined later in these Terms.

heybeji operates as an entertainment platform. All games offered on the platform are provided by internationally certified third-party game studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. The platform does not control game outcomes — all results are determined by certified random number generation (RNG) technology audited by independent testing laboratories.

Eligibility & Age Restriction

Use of the heybeji platform is subject to strict eligibility requirements. By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you meet all of the following conditions at the time of registration and throughout the entire duration of your use of the platform:

• Age: You are at least 18 years of age. heybeji strictly prohibits use of the platform by anyone under the age of 18. This is a non-negotiable requirement with no exceptions.
• Legal capacity: You are of full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. You have not been declared legally incompetent by any court of law.
• Voluntary participation: You are accessing and using the heybeji platform voluntarily, for personal entertainment purposes, and of your own free will.
• Self-exclusion status: You are not currently subject to a self-exclusion order on heybeji or any other gambling platform with which heybeji shares self-exclusion data.
• Own identity: You are registering the account in your own legal name. You are not impersonating another person or using another person's identity or payment details.
• Single account: You do not currently hold another active or suspended account on the heybeji platform. Each natural person is entitled to hold only one account.

heybeji may at any time request documentary proof of age, identity, address, or source of funds from any player. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by our compliance team will result in temporary suspension of the account pending verification, and may result in permanent closure if documentation is not produced.

Account Registration

To access the full range of heybeji products and services, players must register a personal account. Registration is free of charge. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information including your legal full name, date of birth, email address, mobile number, and preferred currency (BDT — Bangladeshi Taka).

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials — your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party under any circumstances. heybeji will not be responsible for any loss, damage, or liability resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to keep your login credentials secure.

• One account per person: Each individual player may register only one account. Registering multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details, email addresses, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
• Accurate information: All information provided during registration must be truthful and accurate. Providing false, misleading, or fictitious information is grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances.
• Account updates: You must promptly update your account information if any details change. In particular, changes to your email address, mobile number, or home address must be communicated to the heybeji support team at [email protected].
• Password security: You are responsible for choosing a strong, unique password and for changing it immediately if you suspect it has been compromised. heybeji will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel.
• Device security: You must ensure that any device used to access your heybeji account is secured with a PIN, password, biometric lock, or equivalent access control to prevent unauthorised use.

heybeji reserves the right to refuse registration or to close an existing account at our sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason, where we have reasonable grounds to believe that the player has violated or intends to violate these Terms, or where continued operation of the account presents a risk to the integrity of the platform or the safety of other players.

Deposits & Withdrawals

heybeji supports a range of deposit and withdrawal methods tailored specifically for players in Bangladesh. All financial transactions on the platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳). Supported payment channels include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay for mobile wallet transactions, and Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank for local bank transfers. Visa and Mastercard are accepted for international transactions.

The following conditions apply to all deposits and withdrawals on the heybeji platform:

• Minimum deposit: The minimum single deposit amount is ৳200. Deposits below this threshold will not be credited to your account and will be returned to the originating payment method.
• Deposit processing: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay deposits are credited to your heybeji wallet instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider. Bank transfer deposits are typically credited within one business hour during Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) business hours.
• Minimum withdrawal: The minimum single withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests below this amount will not be processed.
• Withdrawal processing time: heybeji targets a withdrawal processing time of under one hour for mobile wallet withdrawals. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within one business hour during BST business hours. VIP Club members at Gold tier and above receive priority withdrawal processing of under 30 minutes.
• Withdrawal verification: Prior to processing any withdrawal, heybeji may request identity verification documents in accordance with our KYC (Know Your Customer) procedures. Players are advised to complete identity verification proactively to avoid delays.
• Payment method matching: Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the deposit wherever technically possible. heybeji reserves the right to require this as a condition of processing the withdrawal as an anti-money-laundering safeguard.
• Own funds only: You may only deposit funds that belong to you. You must not use funds obtained through illegal activity, credit facilities intended for other purposes, or payment accounts belonging to third parties.

heybeji reserves the right to reverse or void any transaction that is found to be fraudulent, made in error, or in breach of these Terms. In the event that a deposit is credited to your account in error, you are obligated to notify the heybeji support team immediately. Use of erroneously credited funds constitutes fraud and will result in account closure.

Bonuses & Promotions

heybeji offers a range of promotional bonuses to both new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to Bangladeshi cultural events such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, Victory Day (December 16), and Independence Day (March 26). All bonuses are subject to the specific terms disclosed at the time the offer is made, in addition to the general bonus conditions set out in this section.

• Wagering requirements: All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. The specific wagering multiplier (e.g., 20x, 30x) will be clearly stated in the individual bonus offer terms. Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period specified for each bonus.
• Bonus validity: Bonuses that are not used or whose wagering requirements are not completed within the stated validity period will expire and be removed from your account automatically without compensation.
• Bonus eligibility: Each bonus offer specifies which players are eligible. Welcome bonuses are available to new accounts only and may be claimed once per player, household, IP address, or payment method. Attempting to claim the same bonus multiple times through different accounts constitutes fraud.
• Game contributions: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Typically, slot games contribute 100% of each bet, while live casino table games and sports bets may contribute a lower percentage. Contribution rates for each game category will be stated in the bonus terms.
• Maximum bet during bonus play: While bonus funds are active and wagering requirements have not yet been met, a maximum bet limit of ৳500 per round or spin applies. Bets exceeding this limit while a bonus is active may result in the bonus and associated winnings being voided.
• No bonus communications during self-exclusion: heybeji will not send any promotional or bonus-related communications to a player who has activated deposit limits, a cooling-off period, or a self-exclusion. Responsible gaming protections override all marketing activity on this platform.

heybeji reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus offer at any time before it has been accepted by a player. Once a bonus has been accepted and credited to a player's account, the terms in place at the time of acceptance will govern that specific bonus. heybeji also reserves the right to request documentary evidence that a player qualifies for a specific promotional offer before crediting the bonus.

User Obligations

As a registered player on heybeji, you accept a set of ongoing obligations that apply throughout the lifetime of your account. These obligations are designed to protect the integrity of the platform, the security of all players, and the fair operation of every game and betting market offered by heybeji.

• Personal use only: Your heybeji account is strictly for your personal use. You must not allow any other person to access, use, or place bets through your account, regardless of whether that person is a family member, friend, or business associate.
• Accurate account information: You are responsible for ensuring that all information held on your account is accurate and up to date at all times. This includes your name, address, date of birth, contact email, and payment details.
• Responsible gambling: You acknowledge that gambling involves financial risk and can become addictive. You agree to use heybeji's responsible gaming tools — including deposit limits, session timers, and self-exclusion — if you feel your gambling is becoming problematic.
• Compliance with these Terms: You agree to comply with all provisions of these Terms at all times. Breach of any provision may result in immediate account suspension or permanent closure, depending on the severity of the breach.
• Notification of errors: If you discover any error, glitch, or technical fault that results in incorrect odds, game malfunctions, or erroneous credits to your account, you are obligated to notify heybeji support immediately and must not exploit the error in any way.
• Lawful conduct: You must use the heybeji platform in a manner that is lawful, ethical, and does not infringe upon the rights of other players or third parties. Harassment of other players or heybeji staff members will not be tolerated under any circumstances.

heybeji's support team is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to assist with any concerns, questions, or responsible gaming requests. Response times are typically under 30 minutes for live chat and under 4 hours for email inquiries.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the heybeji platform. Any player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will have their account immediately suspended pending investigation, and may face permanent closure with forfeiture of all balances. In serious cases, heybeji reserves the right to report the conduct to relevant authorities.

• Fraudulent activity: Any attempt to defraud heybeji or other players through deceptive means, including providing false documentation, manipulating game outcomes, or exploiting software vulnerabilities.
• Money laundering: Using the heybeji platform to deposit, move, or withdraw funds obtained through illegal activity. heybeji has strict anti-money-laundering (AML) procedures and is obligated to report suspicious financial activity to relevant authorities.
• Multiple accounts: Registering or operating more than one account on the heybeji platform, whether for the purpose of claiming multiple bonuses, evading a ban, or any other reason.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, particularly in poker, live casino table games, or sports betting syndicate activity designed to manipulate markets.
• Automated betting: Using bots, scripts, automated software, artificial intelligence, or any other automated tool to place bets, participate in games, or interact with the platform in a non-human manner without prior written consent from heybeji.
• Exploiting errors: Deliberately exploiting technical errors, glitches in game software, miscalculated odds, or any other platform malfunction to gain financial advantage. All winnings obtained through exploitation of errors are void and will be reclaimed.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a payment chargeback, dispute, or reversal with your bank or payment provider without first contacting heybeji support and allowing the support team a reasonable opportunity to resolve the issue.
• Offensive conduct: Using abusive, threatening, defamatory, or discriminatory language toward heybeji staff or other players in any communication channel associated with the platform.

Account Suspension & Closure

heybeji reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, where we have reasonable grounds to do so. The following circumstances may result in account suspension or closure:

• Breach of Terms: Any material violation of these Terms & Conditions, including but not limited to prohibited conduct as set out in Section 7.
• Failed verification: Failure to provide satisfactory identity, age, or source-of-funds documentation within the timeframe specified by our compliance team.
• Underage gambling: Discovery that a player is under the age of 18, irrespective of whether the player provided false age information during registration.
• Fraud or illegal activity: Reasonable suspicion or confirmed evidence of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other illegal conduct in connection with the account.
• Player-requested closure: A player may request the voluntary closure of their account at any time by contacting the heybeji support team at [email protected]. Account closure requests will be processed within 24 hours of receipt.
• Responsible gaming self-exclusion: A player who activates the self-exclusion tool from within their account settings will have their account suspended for the chosen exclusion period. The minimum self-exclusion period is 30 days. During any self-exclusion period, the player's account cannot be reactivated.

In the event of account closure for reasons other than breach of Terms or fraud, any verified real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met their wagering requirements) will be returned to the player via their most recently used payment method within 5 business days. In cases where the closure is due to a Terms breach, heybeji reserves the right to withhold balances pending investigation and to forfeit balances where the breach involved fraudulent or illegal conduct.

Players who believe their account has been suspended or closed in error may submit a formal dispute by emailing [email protected] with the subject line "Account Dispute". All disputes are reviewed by a senior compliance team member within 72 hours, and a written response will be provided regardless of the outcome of the review.
